the unhealthiest 5 days of my life 9/4-9/7

In five days earlier this month it was my brilliant plan tocompeat in 4 contest over 5 days.  It started with a few good outings but the booze, grease, jack in the box tacos, and travel kicked my ass towards the end.   Here’s what I ate;

5.8 lb rib chocolate milk 42 kolaches 3.13 lbs chicken wings 1 super dog with fries and special sauce 11# 9 oz chili spaget
10 beers 2 hot dogs 7 beers 4 ancor bar bbq wings onion chips bacon flavored chips
double burger w/ bacon large white castle milk shake yager 1/2 roast beef sandwich 1 large chili spaget 5 way with sour cream foot long italian bmt
biscuits n gravy 10 cheese sticks 13 jack in the box tacos 1/2 a bowl of buffalo chicken soup 1 regular chili spaget 4 way with sour cream  
2 mai tais     11 beers 1 double big boy burger  
2 platters of watermelon     baklava 1 chicken fried steak sandwich   
      1/2 a steak sandwich from pinks 1 slice strawberry cheese cake  
      1/3 pepperoni olive pizza from prima’s    
      french fries    
      walking frito taco

    Wow that’s alot of food and beer. What are kolaches?

      they are like dinner rolls and are filled with anything from scrambled eggs and cheese to gravy. For the contest they were filled with sausage and cheese and are quite tasty

    WOW. How do you go back to eating “normally” and stay so thin after days of competition like that?

      it take 3-5 days to get back to normal, sometimes a week. A lot of the weight is retained water. i may have went crazy these days but I don’t usually eat like that
